Really, I am going to enforce users to honor my requests. >From now, anyone who is not contributing to a project as a developers, attempted to send a direct mail asking help, I will permanently banned his entire ISP domain at my SMTP server. Do it at your owwn risk if you you so cofident at ignoring the requests of contacting the mailing lists. Cygwin mailing users started honoring the requests I banned a bunched of the domains, looks like the same method might work for OpenDX too.
