ReadImage("foo.tiff")->Mark(,"colors")->RubberSheet will produce a surface
of the magnitude of [r,g,b] and colored by the original image colors
ReadImage("foo.tiff",delayed=0,colortype="float")->Mark(,"colors")->Convert(,"rgb","hsv")->Compute(,a.z)->RubberSheet

will produce a surface of the grayscale of the image [r,g,b] and colored by
the original image colors
ReadImage("foo.tiff",delayed=0,colortype="byte")->Mark(,"colors")->Compute(,a.z)->RubberSheet

will produce a surface of the blue component of the image [r,g,b] and

Subject: [opendx-users] image -> surface plot?

I'd like to use dx to plot a tiff image as a surface where the
surface shows the pixel value (grayscale, R, G, or B). Can
anyone direct me to an example showing how that can be done?

Mike
