Use the data prompter (dx -prompter) and the general array importer. Did you look at Chapter 5 of the Quickstart Guide? You should be able to import this as a 3-vector or as 3 scalars, which you can use Compute to form a 3-vector. Then import your data and use Replace to use your grid points.
