license issue. Please check with your campus System Admin or Campus Exceed

panel.

I don't understand what CJK or IME is, but would
it the source of my problem to start server on OPENDX? Despite of this
message, Exceed 6.2 works fine independently. Exceed was download from the
campus (with license) and has w95 in its filename. Does it mean that it works
only for
window 95? I have
window 95 CD, but I can't think of any reason to downgrade the system
yet.
