This is probably prominently displayed in a FAQ somewhere, but in case it isn't, I just discovered you get a complete set of OpenDX manuals as HTML documents when you install OpenDX 4.1.1-1. The main page, containing links to the User's Guide, Reference, QuickGuide, etc., is in /usr/local/dx/html/allguide.htm.
