which contour lines intersect one another? the temperature
ones? Could you include an image and/or example of
your data file and your .net file? Obviously the contour
lines should not intersect, and I've never seen that
happen in fact.

As for the arrows, have you tried the "shape" parameter
of Glyph/AutoGlyph. That should make the glypyhs
skinnier.

Subject: [opendx-users] contourlines that intersect

Hello

With the use of the data prompter I have read in my data file with x, y,
Temperature and velocity data, and a .net file was created. In the
image, though, that is produced the contourlines intersect each other.
Can anyone tell me what to do, in order to let the contourlines not
intersect with each other?

Another question is about the glyphs(arrows). I have a great difference
in magnitude for the glyphs over the area, therefor I made the arrows
larger, in order to make it possible to see the small ones as well, but
now the arrows are not very sharp and it is not always visable at what
side the head is. Does anyone know a possible action to take to avoid
this?

Mieke
