If that's the case, it might be appropriate (again depending on the
journal, etc.) to indicate it in an Acknowledgements section of the paper
rather than a formal reference.  The latter might be relevant only if your
paper utilizes, builds upon or is in contrast to DX-based techniques
published elsewhere.

Chris is right, I meant "acknowledge" or "reference", thinking perhaps
I should list the OpenDX home page in the text or references section.
