A first step would be, right after you import the file, put in a Print module (with the option "d") which should print out the first and last 25 items in each component. Connect is telling you you've got duplicated positions; your file doesn't look like they are, but see what Print has to say. That may way clue you in to what sort of import problem you might have.

When I Import the file.general file, which is simple and for information looks like file = /usr/local/dxsamples-4.0.8/data/168.lis points = 9744 format = ascii interleaving = field field = locations, Temperature structure = 3-vector, scalar type = double, double end after line 15 makes it through the Connect module I get 9744 - 15 warning messages in the Message Window of the type 0: WARNING: duplicated position 16 ignored 0: WARNING: duplicated position 17 ignored 0: WARNING: duplicated position 18 ignored etc to 0: WARNING: duplicated position 9743 ignored I note that the data went through the Data Prompter Test Data utility - no problem.
