Also grasp the "order of operations". You are colormapping a slice (which
was data-driving colormap), so naturally you got the colors of the slice.
If you colormapped the whole (AutoRegrid output), then sliced, colors could
be both data-driven (the next AutoRegrid might have a different range), and
still see stable colors per slice. This concept permeates DX: many
functions (modules) can be commuted in the data flow, but the results may
or may not vary depending on the data flowing in/out of them.
