If you do a search on Linux and tutorial on the users mailing list,
you will see that it is a problem with RH7.0 and you need to update a
few pkgs. Do a search and you should find which ones they are.

Hello
I am intending to use opendx for a data visualisation project, and I have
installed it on solaris and linux. The Solaris install works fine and so
does the linux one except for the tutor on the linux box.(the sun box is at
a remote location) so I need to get the tutor working.
I am using RH7.0 with the opendx 4.1.1-1 rpm. The tutor started but the only
option was to quit. There were no help files with the rpm so I installed the
opendx-docs-4.0.10 with --force, now the tutor starts but the scroll bar on
the right goes crazy, expanding and contracting very fast and nothing is
displayed on the tutor window. I have also installed the samples in the
correct dir and can run them fine.
Any idea's?
