csh needed for dxworker :

You can find Corinna Vinschen's tcsh for Cygwin at :

ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin/porters/Vinschen_Corinna/B20/

Download the tcsh-6.08.00.x.tar.gz file. It contains two versions of
tcsh :
tcsh.curses.exe and tcsh.termcap.exe. I used the termcap one and it
works
well. You have to copy the tcsh.termcap.exe file in /bin or /usr/bin and

rename it as csh.exe. This Cygwin tcsh should work with WinNT, Win95 or
Win98
