Have you checked that your data fills in these regions? Use
ShowPositions/Image to see your actual data points. If your data
points are all on the grid, try changing the parameters on AutoGrid
(read the help page for it) and see if you can get the grid to fill
in.

Hi,
I tried to make a colored intersection through a 3D data set.
The data is on a non-regular grid, and is in the format
x1 y1 z1 f1
x2 y2 z2 f2
......
......
I used autogrid to connect the data together with MapToPlane.
I do get a picture of the plane, but it has black, non-colored
bands in it. I checked the file, and the values f at those points
are not exotic.
Do you know how to get a completely filled colored plane and avoid
these black bands? Have you ever encountered a similar problem,
and if so, how did you fix it?
