You need to set a "mark scale" attribute of some factor (like 2 to make
them
twice as large) on the input to plot. You do this using the Options
module. There are a number of options for Plot
which are controlled in this way; see the Plot man page in the
documentation.

How can I change the size of a mark (such as "circle", "diamond",
"square",...) in an xy plot created with the PLOT module?

I couldn't find this question in the archives, and hope it is not too
trivial for this list....
