The settings for that type of information would be in your camera.
Depending on how you are creating your camera, you can always use
UpdateCamera to change this.

Hi All,
when I try to save an image to a file, (using Render->WriteImage instead
of Image for interactive work), how can I set the background color? It is
currently black, but I would prefer to have it white (to waste less toner
when printing.)
