You can pass the output of Isosurface to Ribbon or Tube. For either, you can play with the width, if you don't like the default. I would recommend removing normals prior to rendering, i.e., Ribbon->Remove(,"normals"). If you are using hardware rendering, you can have multi-pixel lines in OpenGL by doing Isosurface->Options(,"line width",n), where n is the number of pixels wide the lines should be.
