I've thought about this as a project and have some ideas how it could
be done, but right now have no time to implement it. If someone is
interested it attempting this, I'd love to talk with them about it.

Does somebody know about utilities to recode fonts in TrueType or PS
formats into dx?
Are there plans to make PS fonts available to tisplay and print? Right
now text objects
are included into raster image in output PS files.
It would be fine if we could have PS text objects in final PS file
separated from image.
Is it supposed to be possible in future versions? This question
correlates to vector
(say, CGM or PS with cirves and strikes) printouts question:
I've seen vector printable output from OpenDX mentioned as a future
project.
Is it right?
