I am trying to build the cvs version of dx with netcdf support. I do a
./configure --with-netcdf
and it does its thing until
checking for NETCDF support ...
checking for netcdf.h... (cached) no
checking for nc_copy_att in -lnetcdf... (cached) no
checking if NETCDF package is complete... no
However, I do have the netcdf libs and the nc_copy_att is in them...
What am I doing wrong???
