[opendx-users] LibPNG.DLL 1.0.8 -- Where to get ?

OS: “Windows 98 Second Edition 4.10.2222 A” on a “Pentium II”.
   Cygwin version 1.3.2
   Cygwin/Xfree version 4.1.0
Dear Discussion-Group,

with the kind help of Suhaib I have successfully installed Cygwin/Xfree and 
OpenDX . Now I’m facing the often reported problem of the missing 
libpng.dll, or more precisely: “DXEXEC:EXE is linked to the missing export 
LIBPNG.DLL:png_get_iCCP”. I know that people installed the version 1.0.8 of 
libpng.dll to fix this problem.  I was on www.libpng.org to find it, but 
only found the version 1.0.9 being the oldest in the list. Please can you 
help me to find it. I would also be happy, if it was a binary version, I 
don’t know how to build (shame). Can the cygwin-version of this dll 
”cygpng2.dll” coexist with libpng.dll, or has something to be fixed here?
