David,

I uploaded to you ftp server the following binary rleases

1) OpenDX 4.1.3 for Windows under Cygwin.

2) OpenDX 4.1.3 for Windows compiled with MSVC 6.0/Exceed 7.0.1.

Below are short Read Me files.

OpenDX 4.1.3 For Cygwin:
=======================
Compiled using Cygwin 1.3.2, XFree86 4.1.0, latest releases of ImageMagick,
CDF, NetCDF, and HDF. A licensed version of MOTIF 2.1.0 was used and
libraries are statically linked to comply with MOTIF 2.1.0 licensing
requirements.

1) Download opendx-4.1.3-cygwin.tar.gz
2) Install Cygwin 1.3.2 from http://www.cygwin.com
3) Install Xfree86 4.1.0 from http://xfree86.cygwin.com
4) Ungzip and untar opendx-4.1.3-cygwin.tar.gz in /usr/local
5) Add /usr/X11R6/bin and /usr/local/bin to your PATH in c:\cygwin.bat.
6) To use DX, start Cygwin bash shell and type dx at the bash$ prompt.

PS: You can use XFree86 X-server, instead of a commercial X-server. It
works fine with OpenDX.
