Yes, I checked www.cygwin.com for the following path (and others of course):
-> Related Sides: www.cygwin.com/links.html
-> CygUtils: www.neuro.gatech.edu/users/cwilson/cygutils/
-> Cygwin V1.1: .../cygutils/V1.1/index.html
At the obsolete packages I find a link to libpng-1.0.6c, here is mentioned,
that it has been replaced by the desired libpng-1.0.8-1, but no link to it.
Otherwise I just find newer versions, 1.0.9 and 1.0.11. In the archived
news-list I can find it with links to the latest version (because latest
then). Seems to be some kind of ghost on the web.
