Hello - I have been using the Fluent CFD package to export fluid flow information to OpenDX. The datasets are formed from large, 3-D, tetrahedral meshes. I would like to originate streamlines from the inflow boundary with some degree of specificity (boundary shape is "geometrically regular" although mesh isnt).
Ive been trying a number of methods, and I can get some streamlines using the ProbeList but they are not in a regular (ok, pleasing) origination pattern. Any suggestions? I am an OpenDx newbie, but I did search the lists. Please forgive me if I missed a previous discourse. Thanks! Ken
