I have three different possible image streams at the terminal end, but there is only one output from Switch. So, how do I do that?

Use Switch not Route. Switch takes multiple inputs, selects one and sends it to its only output. Route takes one input, is told which output to send it to and does, with the added feature that "0" shuts off all outputs.
Selector has 2 outputs: the string you want the user to see and an index number you want Switch to see.
