The problem arise when trying to plot Streamlines on this mesh. The
problem:
streamlines are troncated.
I check the same kind of dx network on a curvilinear mesh in one
part, and
there are no problems.
May be i didn't use the correct approach to define such grids.
Instead of
multigrid keyword i tried compositefield, but it that case, streamlines
are
computed only inside each macro elements, and there is no continuity of
these
streamlines.
thank you in advance for your help.
Bon jour, Jean-Marc.
Are you trying to create a mesh of 7x7x288? If so, are you performing
Stack on the imported multigrid (each one separately)? If not, you
have apparently created 288 (x2) layers with the same spatial
positions. If you Stack the multigrid, the default behavior should be
that the group member number becomes the Z value. If this is not what
you want, use a series definition and declare each member's series
position with the desired Z value, then import, and Stack will offset
each mesh to that Z, binding all the 2D meshes into a 3D mesh.
