Did you try the UnsquishGlyph macro in /usr/local/dx/samples/macros? There is a description of it at http://www.research.ibm.com/dx/bonuspak/html/bonuspak312.htm

To save initial values of the map I set RubberSheet scale to 1.0 (in this case I have the right scale building by AutoAxes). But very often I have to scale all my image by Z axis before drawing by module Scale. I want to draw some Glyphs on my rubbered map.
