You can set DXDATA at system level or in batch file
for example
SET DXDATA=C:\opendx\samples\data

That is an Exceed issue.  You need to set your XKeysymDB.  First you need to
find out where exceed puts xkeysymdb file then set it in your ENV

e.g.
set XKeysymDB=C:\exceed\user\xkeysymdb
