I am aware that my progress with OpenDX is painfully slow (I'm not sure why,
but maybe age is a factor), and I am very grateful to you and Greg for your
patience.

regards
Gib

Not a problem; I used to teach a lot of DX classes, thus the long-winded detail designed to get you past the particular problem solution to the great epiphany (oh! I get it!). This is tricky stuff. It took me ages to "get" Map (ask Nancy and Donna (:-) ) and there are still things one can do with it that I've never thought of.

Regarding age, everyone in the U.S. is quite a bit older today. I'm 300 miles from NYC and I passed a newly erected police cordon near my (high-rise) building today blocking access to the loading dock. Thus it begins.

I don't think the 'bad guys' whoever they are have any idea what load of shit is about to pile down on them and theirs. The lucky ones died in the crashes.
