I use Exceed 7 and network delays have bothered me since I first
installed OpenDX. I haven't found a cure other than unplugging from my
network. Suhaib told me he thought it was an Exceed problem and the
Hummingbird people were not helpful.

In case anyone else is experiencing the same annoying behaviour: I have found that disconnecting from the network (unplugging the network cable) stops the long delays that otherwise occur from time to time. It is as if X-Win32 is looking for something on the network, and timing out. Gib NOTICE - This e-mail is only intended to be read by the named recipient.
