Hi Suhaib:In the Readme File <http://opendx.npaci.edu/bin/README.windows>, I saw, PATH are supposed to set in cygwin.bat:
5) Add /usr/X11R6/bin and /usr/local/bin to your PATH in c:\cygwin.bat.That PATH style(writing way) should be what? Linux/unix style or dos style? e.g., set PATH=c:\usr\X11\R6\bin ?????????
