I don't have an example, but I do have an AutoConf framework for loadable modules that includes making dll's for windows (the Microsoft way--not cygwin). Of course your Windows build will have to also include the export symbols in the binaries. If you're interested in the AutoConf framework, point your browser to <ftp://ftp.vizsolutions.com/public/modules/Template-1.3-src.tar.gz>.

Dear All,

I successfully made a set of loadable module for OpenDX
under linux and solaris. I would like to compile it as a
dll under windows but don't know the right way to do it.
I installed OpenDX under windows2000, with cygwin and gcc.
I can also use msvc if needed.

Does anybody has a simple Makefile example to build a
loadable module for OpenDX under Windows (which could be
added as an example in the /usr/local/dx/samples/user/)?

Thanks.
