Well I don't know if it's a bug or just a misunderstanding. It is true that
"annotation objects" must go in concert with the "annotation colors". If
you click on "all" you need to give a color to be applied to those objects.
If you just give a color, then you *don't* need to specify which objects
get that color ("all" will get them by default). So yes, "all" is the
default, but it does need to go with a color. I'm not sure how one would
simply specify that in the configuration dialog box. If you don't go with
the default of "all" for "annotation objects", and actually give a list
(such as {"tics", "labels"}), then the number of colors (if not one) must
match the number of objects you give. Does this help?

ColorBar bug?

Please respond to

If I open the config dialog of a working Colorbar, it shows the
default "annotation" setting to be "all". If I select "all" from the "..."
popup list (or any of the other choices for that matter), I get:
ERROR: ColorBar: Bad parameter: number of colors must match number of
annotation objects if number of colors is greater than 1
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks,
Randy
