Sorry about that, the 26 is for the 7.1 version. The 7.3 is only 12.6.

I downloaded opendx for rh 7.3. The download site give the size as
26megs in the menu but the download is only 12.6. Tried it several
times and the file size was consistent. Is the correct size 26 and
the file is bad or is the file correct and the site in error?
