I was wondering if anyone has updated the code for the Connected module that was part of the IBM Bonus Pack for the latest version of OpenDX? I have sort of hacked my way through it and have gotten it to compile, and even occasionally work, but it often dumps the core with a segmentation fault.
This seems to happen, not so much due to large data sets, but rather to the degree that the surface is continuous. For example, the module is more likely to fail on a highly continuous surface than on one that has many disconnected components.
If anyone has updated the code, I would love to hear from you. Or, if anyone has any suggestions on what the problem with the code (i.e. conflicts between old DX modules and new ones) that would also be useful.
