[opendx-general] Cygwin+windows continued

I tried and still the same.
In addition it shows me:Missing dll :CYGREGEX.DLL
The installation didnt put anythiing in usr/local
It put everything in usr/X11R6/dx
and the dx command in usr/X11R6/bin
There is no configure script.
the paths are ok
In fact i have put every bin dir in the path.
The file i downloaded (dx-4.2.0-1.tar.bz2) was 9.5 MB.WAs it the correct one?
Please tell me what to do, i am desperate, i have spent 5 days in this program.
