I use Chromium with OpenDX quite successfully.

I have found DX to be unreliable for ongoing iterations like this, with
too frequent server disconnects/crashes.
For presentations, I have built mpeg's or avi's from the image sequence
created by DX. These plug into Powerpoint or similar packages to make a
more complete repeating presentation.
