I used the image function in opendx to create a false-color visualization
of my data and specified min and max values for "Autocolor" and "Colorbar."
The image displayed properly with opendx, but when I save it as a .miff
file (using "ReadImageWindow" and "WriteImage"), it does not preserve the
colors (or when I save as a .tiff file either). It displays only blues and
light green instead of all of the colors originally displayed in the image.
Does anyone know how I can preserve the colors?
