OK, I don't know what was wrong last night [after bison upgrade to 1.75 and a make clean && ./configure && make ] but this afternoon it worked after deleting the dx-4.3.0 directory and untaring the dx-4.3.0 tarball and ./configure && make. Spooky.
For good measure: checking for flex... flex checking for yywrap in -lfl... yes checking lex output file root... lex.yy checking whether yytext is a pointer... yes checking lex output file root... (cached) lex.yy checking whether yylineno is defined... yes checking for bison... bison I'll try to add -L/usr/lib/opengl/xfree/ to the makefile to see if I don't need the libGL.a/la symlinks. If so I can easily build a Gentoo Portage ebuild. Cheers, Jon On Wed, Jul 23, 2003 at 10:24:42AM -0600, David Thompson wrote: > That problem is releated to your lexer.
