The mdf files are virtually unchanged between 4.2 and 4.3.  I
incremented the net file version (different from the product version)
because of the OPTIONS keyword in the mdf information for macros.
That causes the warning when reading a 4.3-saved net with a 4.2 ui.

If you were able to post your .net and .cfg, I would 
take a look.  The OPTIONS keyword shouldn't be responsible
for causing 4.2 to crash.  I wonder if there might be a bug
that's still in 4.3.  Maybe I can fix it and also tell you
what to do to work around it.
