Hello. I tried to get OpenDX running on my WinXP System. After installing the newest version of Cygwin, and the newest binary for Windows from OpenDX, I encounter the following problems, which I can't solve on my own. I hope you can help me. So I start OpenDX by using the Menu.bat out of my X11R6 console. In the window that appears, I choose to open a "Sample", e.g. the "autocolor.net" file. OpenDX is started. Then I get three error messages, which I can't deal with: 1. "Failed opening directory C: No such file or directory" in an error-window 2. "Failed opening directory \OpenDX\usr\local\dx/samples/macros: no such file or directory" in an error-window 3. "ERROR: Import: Bad parameter: cannot open file 'watermolecule' in current directory or DXDATA path" in the Message Window
Can you please help me and tell me where to change my files? It seems to be some path information that is wrong, but I changed all path data in the .bat files in the /bin folder of OpenDX. Thank you very much in advanced. Greetings Henning Waack
