You need to use the data prompter to describe your data. You can
start it directly by typing dx -prompter at the command line.

I am very new to OpenDX. I have to do a assignment for university, there are
only few days left, and I have some major problems. I am stuck at the very
beginning, trying to import some data. My data file looks like this:

But I just can't make the import function like it. Could you please help me
and tell me what I have to do/click, to import this data.
