Yes, if you Collect two coplanar surfaces, the one 'closest' to the camera is indeterminate. You have to add Options("fuzz", some positive integer) to make the one you want to appear on top (the continent outlines here, I'm guessing), appear closer to camera. You can add other Options(fuzz) attributes to other objects and play with the 'integer' value of fuzz to get different effects.
