[opendx-users] creating square connections on 2-d isosurface

I have a 3d spherical structure, am using rubbersheet, and 
"showConnections"... I think that the "connect" visualization module 
may be what I'm looking for, but I can't quite get it to work. My 
imported data is in a general array. I would like the connections on 
the isosurface to look more like a grid of squares (than triangles). Is 
there a way to specify this? and is there away to specify the spacing 
of these squares (grid blocks)? I have attached a link to a picture of 
what the current output looks like.
