Depending on how metadata have been put into the netCDF and the times series structured, you may be able to use the Attribute and/or Inquire modules to extract the metadata to then use Format->Caption.

There are some metadata conventions for netCDF potentially relevant for use within DX, and some tools that have been developed for assisting in the use of certain netCDFs with DX.  They have been discussed in this forum previously are available in the searchable archives.

You need to use the {Format} and {Caption} modules. In what format are
you
inputting the dates?

I am a beginner of OPEN DX. I have time series data (daily data, data
>file includes year/month/day information), and I want to label the date
