What didn't work with Sequencer? I take it that you have been able to generate still images. The output of Sequencer will go into Format, and if your still images are named depending on time frame, then you can use that as your template in Format: stills_dir/output_frame_%04d.dx where the file "output_frame_%04d.dx" will refer to your still image starting with 0000 to 9999 (change %04d to your own naming convention).
