Hi, I have a few problems with dx which I can`t quite seem to find the
solution for, so if somebody knows and could let me know that would be
great.
Its a finite volume pde solver which is being visualised. This is cell
centred information, but I want this information to be interpolated for
smooth images similar to the position rather than connection dependent
data images. I thought that if I used a positions dependent field with the
box compnent, then the field would be extrapolated out to the edges of
this box. This doesn`t seem to be the case. Am I doing something wrong,
or was this not the idea of the box component?
Also, even if I could exptrapolate my field onto a cell centred size
domain, I can then make my cell centred grid and add a dummy data set
to make a field and then only visualize the grid. When it comes to
rendering the grid and the field together, the overlay module only has the
transparency level option which is not so clear. Is there a way to overlay
just the grid, rather than the whole partially transparent image onto the
data image?
