Hello - I've noticed a few questions in the past on the algorithms used to implement portions of OpenDX. I myself have had a number of questions on the Interpolator class and some of the rendering methods. I was wondering if there is a central reference point for the algorithms used in OpenDX, or if such a reference collection exists (sprinkled throughout the code perhaps?)
If not, does it make sense to begin collecting references for the different algorithms, running them past the original authors and DXperts for confirmation, and perhaps listing them in the FAQ or the Module reference portions of the documentation? I was thinking it might make OpenDX easier for someone to evaluate for their particular application, and maybe entice folks to contribute code for new algorithmic implementations they would like to see. Just a thought - what do you think? Best - Ken
