I'm trying to import charge some charge density data into DX, but can't seem to find a solution for non orthogonal systems...
That is:
I have three cell vectors a,b,c, where \alpha, \beta and \gamma are \ne to 90 degrees. I then have values of charge density at
(0,0,0)
(0,0,1)
...
(n_a,n_b,n_c)
, where the first indice is the number of a-vector translations, the second the number of b-vector translations and so on.
Does anyone know of a way to import this, or if dx supports this?
Can I submit it in a scattered format?
