Hi,
I am having trouble running anything sensible on OpenDX. These are the
errors I get
From the start up menu (after typing dx at the command line) if I try to
either
-Run a tutorial *.net file
-Attempt to start a new visual program
the whole of dx comes down and returns the following error
"localhost: Invalid hostBus error"
If I type
dx -image
The image window does open and I get the following in an error box.......
"
Connection to server localhost failed:
Starting DX executive
3462: singal 11 caught
/usr/bin/dx: line 1793: 3452 Aborted
"/usr/lib64/bin_linux/dxexec" -r -B
"
Any ideas? I am running DX on a new computer with Fedora Core 6 and used
FC6's auto installer to put it in. I have run DX on other machines using FC
3 without any problems.
