Dear All, I have contacted IBM to collaborate with ITU on its Open Source Initiative for the Arab Region.
I have received the following feedback " .... currently investigating the possibility of supporting this initiative through Corporate Service Corps (CSC) from IBM Corporate Community & Corporate Affairs (CC&CA). CSC usually dispatch teams of a dozen IBMers chosen from around the world to spend two months preparing and then four weeks in-country gathering information, developing proposals and working on solutions related to community improvement projects" If anyone is interested in submitting a project for the community, to be included in the list to be sent to IBM, send me a couple of lines with your idea or need.
