المناقصة دي بعض الاجهزة فيها مكتوب مطلوب ويندوز 8 والبعض الآخر نظام تشغيل اوبن سورس.. ومكتوب في التفاصيل الفنية انه عايز انتل كور آي7 موديل رقم كذا.. بدل ما يقول بروسسور سداسي النواة بسرعة كذا، وقال ايه عايز تعريفات معتمدةمن المصنع.. أغلب تعريفات اللينكس أو الاوبن سورس بيكتبها المجتمع.. وبعدين؟
