Perhaps a point well worth explaining as well, is the value of the social graph. This might not be clear to non-geeks, however there is a wealth of information that one can gain just by mining a social graph of connections, text messages, audio conversations (speech recognition, or with human help). A good example to mention might be "If Israel would build a parallel landline phone network in Egypt, but all calls were free, would you use it? <people should think hell no here> Congratulations you're already using it by using viber"
